Business Hours of Operations are between 7:00 am until 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, Eastern Time, except for US Federal Holidays.

Fax and Phone Orders

Please understand AdultIncontinentProducts.com is an internet-based business and does not take fax or phone orders due to the increasing number of identity thefts. We are able to conduct all customer service inquiries by email, however please do not send your credit card or other sensitive personal information to us by e-mail. AdultIncontinentProducts.com has a secure On-Line Shopping Cart and is accessible solely for that purpose. E-mail is the quickest and simplest way in which to have all your questions answered, typically within one business day.

Email Confirmations

AdultIncontinentProducts.com provides an automated e-mail order confirmation. This does not serve to mean that your order has been shipped, but does confirm we received your order. If you order products outside business hours, weekends, or US Federal Holidays you will receive a confirmation email that day, however your order will not be processed until the next business day.

Shipping

Our products are delivered by UPS Ground, and there are no additional fees for shipping.  

Our products are drop-shipped directly to you. This means we have the manufacturer or one of our vendor’s ship products for us from their closest warehouse to ensure prompt delivery of your order. The only information they receive from us about you is shipping information, name and address only, for efficient delivery. We respect your right to privacy therefore we do not share any other personal, sensitive or financial information with them.  

All orders placed before 2:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. Once you receive an email confirmation for your order, it will be processed and shipped that day. Otherwise it will be shipped the next business day.  

At the present time we only ship to the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), and we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO Boxes or APO/FPO Boxes.  

It is up the UPS delivery driver whether to require a signature when delivering your order, or to leave your package on your doorstep, or with a building manager. If the delivery driver determines it is best to obtain a signature, they will attempt several times to do so. If there is no response, your order will be returned undeliverable back to the warehouse. Undeliverable orders will not be automatically resent back to you. 

If the product you ordered is in back-order by more than two days or is expected to be greater than seven days before being shipped we will contact you for further instructions. Depending on where you live, and the size and availability of your product, you can expect it to be delivered to you within 2-7 business days.  

To track your order, please contact our Customer Service Department. We will research the matter and respond to you within one (1) business day by phone or email.  

Orders received after normal business hours, on weekends or US Federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.  

Inclement weather at our warehouse or where you live may delay the delivery of your product, so we appreciate your patience until your package can be safely delivered to you.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item you are returning is a product which is defective, damaged or shipped in error, we apologize for your inconvenience. Contact our Customer Service Department immediately by phone or email so we can arrange a return or exchange. We have a limited guarantee on purchases given to us by our shipping company. Therefore, if you have a return or exchange for the above reasons, we will cover the cost of shipping the product back to the warehouse, and we will ship the correct product to you at no expense as quickly as possible. 

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction for all the high-quality adult incontinence products we offer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Department by phone or email within two weeks of the delivery date. We will respond to you within two business days to authorize either a return or exchange. In the event you request a full refund, a 20% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges will apply. 

We only allow returns and exchanges for products whose cases have been gently opened and resealed with all the packages inside intact. Returned products must be in re-saleable condition, be in full unit of measure, and the product must not be defaced in any manner, all within 30 days of the date of sale. 

When returning or exchanging a product please follow these instructions:

1)   Contact our Customer Service Department by phone or email. Be prepared to give us the Order Number, Product Name, Billing and Contact Name and any other information regarding the purchase, such as the nature of the return.

2)   If the product you are returning has been opened, carefully repackage the product in all its original wrapping and shipping box. Please note all returns must be in their original condition and packaging.

3)  You will be given a Return Authorization Number (RAN) at that time or within 1-2 business days. Put that number clearly on the outside of the box and place the package where it can be collected by a UPS delivery driver within 1-3 days.  Be sure the package is in a safe place not exposed to the weather.

4)   A UPS delivery driver will then collect the package and deliver it back to our warehouse. Once the returned items have been received, inspected and approved, we will issue a refund, less shipping costs, if any, and a 20% restocking fee, usually within 30 days of receipt.
